We love your houses!

Thank you for your fantastic pictures and video - we all had a dance to the music! We will send you some pictures of our school and houses very soon. You are very lucky to have balconies. We are learning about caravans. Do you have any caravan parks? Do you have static caravans?

We hope to hear from you soon

Outing

Yesterday, Friday 27th March our class went on an outing. We went to the 'Simar' Nature reserve in Xemxija. Here are some photos to share with you. At the 'Simar' we did some bird watching. As we left Birkirkara we took some photos of different houses and buildings that we passed through so that your class will start having an idea of Maltese homes. Sorry for the quality of the photos but the camera was not mine and I took the photos while the coach was moving:-)

Hello from Primary 2

There are 17 of us in Primary 2 and we are between 6 and 8 years old. Our school is 40 years old and there are 8 different classes. Some of us live in Gifford which is a small village and it does not have a mayor but has a nice church. Our national poet is called Rabbie Burns and our national flower is the thistle.
This is a map of Gifford!

Do you have a national poet?

Hello from Scotland

Hello

Thank you for your video. It was great to watch. Your island is smaller than Scotland but looks lovely. It is very cold and rainy in Scotland most of the year. Our emblem is a thistle and yours is very similar. We are all in Primary 2 at Yester Primary School in Gifford. What is your school called?

We look forward to hearing from you.
